Wrote the story. Shaped the world. Made 72,000 words sing.
As the narrative engine behind Grand Guilds, I designed the full story arc and wrote over 72,000 lines of dialogue, quests, and side content that brought this tactical RPG to life. I served as the connective tissue between creative and technical teams, ensuring the story wasn't just great on paper but truly playable and immersive in-game.
I also crafted side quests and helped design combat encounters that made narrative and gameplay feel like one seamless experience. On the community side, I worked directly with Kickstarter backers to integrate their rewards into the game and made sure every stretch goal was delivered with care. Throughout development, I collaborated closely with the team to keep the artistic and gameplay vision sharp, consistent, and fun, while maintaining the Narrative Purpose.

On Expedition Agartha, I shaped much of the game's background lore and open-world storytelling through journals, notes, and quest text that players discover across the Inner Earth. Every entry was crafted to deepen immersion and spark curiosity. I created a range of NPCs, writing dialogue that gave each one a unique voice and identity. From mysterious explorers to hardened survivors, I made sure they felt like real people with real histories. I even cast their voice actors, helping bring those characters to life with emotion and personality.
My narrative work extended into item and skill descriptions, fleshing out the world in subtle but impactful ways that made exploration more rewarding. It all came together to build a rich, living world that begged to be uncovered.
